Welcome to our web page

Our group of scientists and graduate students is led by Prof Lesley Gray and Dr Andrew Charlton-Perez. Our members are based at Reading, Oxford, Imperial college and the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and are either directly supported by NCAS-Climate or through NERC research grants or studentships. The researchers based in Reading are members of the Walker Institute for Climate System Research. Our research is loosely focused on the modelling of the middle atmosphere (stratosphere), but also includes a significant proportion of observational analysis and studies of adjacent parts of the atmosphere, such as stratosphere-troposphere interaction.
