Research Interests

  • Modelling the long range transport of volcanic ash
  • Quantification of uncertainty in natural hazard models
  • Boundary layer classification using remote sensing instruments

Current Project

Robust Assessment and Communication of Environmental Risk (RACER)
I have recently started my first post-doctoral position working on the volcanic ash strand of the RACER project. My role in the project is to develop new methods to quantify the uncertainty in volcanic ash forecasts.
