UMUI job changes to get FAMOUS working on RACC.

In $HOME:

um_home -> net/um_homer
net/homer -> #um-src#

NOTE: The /net mount structure is not availble on RACC (so, the $HOME/net/um_home link needs to be adjusted to point to the glusterfs
