INCOMPASS is a multi-institutional international collaboration between India and the UK, jointly led by Prof. G. S. Bhat of Indian Institute of Science and Dr Andy Turner of University of Reading.

	Andy is a Lecturer in Monsoon Systems and the UK lead for INCOMPASS based at University of Reading Department of Meteorology/NCAS-Climate and has particular interest in modelling of monsoons in GCMs. Dr Andy Turner UK Principal Investigator a.g.turner@reading.ac.uk Andy's home page
	Bhat is the India lead for INCOMPASS based at CAOS, Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. His research interests lie in tropical convection, cloud dynamics, mesoscale convection, field experiments, ocean-atmosphere coupling and the boundary layer.
