MOSES 2.2 Coastal Tiling for FAMOUS

As part of QESM, we are working on including MOSES 2.2 in FAMOUS. FAMOUS is a low-resolution version of the HadCM3 AOGCM and requires coastal tiling. There are mods which add coastal tiling to MOSES 2.2 at vn5.2 and we are in the process of back-fitting this into the 4.5 code.
